| Shirley Presley Shaffer, 69, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away June 25, 2009 at the Trinity West Hospital. She was born April 13, 1940 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Robert Presley and Fay Rhea Presley Jones. She was a homemaker and was a Lutheran by faith. She is survived by one son, Glen Justice Jr. of Steubenville, Ohio; one daughter, Jeanette Justice of Mingo Junction, Ohio; two brothers, Ray Presley (Colleen) of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Jim Presley (Cheri) of Atwater, Ohio; two sisters, Arlene Hesson of Nashville, Tenn. and Ada Scott of Mineral Wells, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or services, burial will be at the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Mineral Wells, W.Va. at the convenience of the family. | |
