| Alda Mae Graham, 89, formerly of Binegar Hill Road passed away at Arbors of Marietta on June 29, 2009, where she has been a resident since August, 2006. Alda was born May 31, 1920, daughter of Sadie Binegar of Dart, Ohio and John Graham of Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, Ohio. Alda attended school at the Eddy Ridge and Moss Runone room schools and Lawrence High School. She was a member of Eddy's Ridge Church of Christ. Alda worked 30 years at B.F. Goodrich. She retired in 1980 and remained at her Binegar Hill home until Sept. 2003, when she went to live with her son, Eugene G. Graham until Aug. 20, 2006. Alda is survived by her son Eugene (Mary) Graham of Eddy Ridge Road, New Matamoras, six grandchildren: Lugene (George) Foutty and Brian (Kathy) Graham of New Matamoras, Ronald (Rae) Graham of Barlow, Diana(Gary) Gibson of Monticello, KY, Carla (Charles) Blair of Marana, AZ, Janie (James) Wagner of Middletown, Oh, two sisters: Frances Pelton of Hartville, Oh and Betty Dunfee of Coolville, Oh, three sisters-in-law: Helen Brooks of Cutler, Dora Brooks of Belpre, and Geneva Brooks of Marietta and several great and step grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Sadie Binegar Brooks, her stepfather Nicholas J. Brooks, four brothers and one sister-in-law: Stanley and Rhea Brooks Of Canton, Oh, George Brooks of Dart, Dean Brooks of Cutler and Paul Brooks of Shay Ridge Road, New Matamoras. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday (July 2) at Eddy’s Ridge Church of Christ with Timothy Fleeman officiating. Burial will be in Eddy’s Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call beginning at 2:00 on Wednesday afternoon at the McClure-Schafer-Lankford Funeral Home with the family present from 2-4 and 6-8.
