Keith Allen Loscar, 46, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on June 27, 2009, at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born March 12, 1963, in Parkersburg, a son of Marilyn Newlon Boyles of Davisville, W.Va., and the late Leo Loscar. Keith worked as a carpenter for over 33 years for various construction companies and loved woodworking. He loved children, music and had a big heart which carried through with him coaching Colt and Mustang Baseball for eight years. He is survived by his mother; his wife, Loretta Martin Loscar; one daughter, Danielle Loscar of Davisville, W.Va.; one son, Victor Loscar of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one sister, Kimberly Loscar of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one stepsister, Vickie; two brothers, Kevin Loscar and Karl Loscar, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; five stepbrothers, Gene, Arley, Cole, Derek and Tommy; three grandchildren, Joshua, Skylar and Izabella; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Bob Long officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
