Janet Chenoweth Blair, 59 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Feb. 4, 2010 at the Eagle Pointe Nursing Facility. She was born September 16, 1950 in Elkins, W.Va., a daughter of the late Charles and Amanda Bender Chenoweth. Janet was a home health care provider and was Baptist by faith. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Blair; four children, Crystal Odum of TN; Linda Rodriguez, Warren Lewis Cross II, and Brandon Lee Cross all of Indiana; four sisters; one brother; four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers. Services will be held noon on Monday, February 8, 2010 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Jim Lynch officiating.
