Bernadine is a special dog looking for a loving home. She is a three year old St. Bernard / Basset Hound mix.

Bernadine is a breast cancer survivor. When she was taken into the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley they took her in for surgery and she is now cancer-free.

Bernadine is a very sweet dog and gets along with kids, cats, and other dogs. She's three years old, and won't get any bigger than she is right now.

You can find Bernadine at the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley in Marietta to give her a good home. The humane society is also asking for any donations from the community to help fund Bernadine's cancer operation. She was featured on WTAP News at Noon's Pet of the Week segment on August 21st, 2009.
