Charlotte is a very special sweet dog looking for a loving home! She is nearly one year old and a pit bull mix.

Charlotte was rescued on West Virginia Route 2 by WTAP's General Manager Roger Sheppard a few weeks ago. Since then Charlotte has made the Humane Society of Parkersburg her home, and is looking for a loving family to take her in!

As an added bonus, Roger is also putting money up to help people adopt this wonderful dog as well.

Charlotte is a very happy and playful dog. She would make a great addition to any family, especially an active one.

You can find Charlotte at the Humane Society of Parkersburg to give her a permanent home. She was featured on WTAP News at Noon's Pet of the Week Segment on September 25th, 2009.
