Low Fat Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients Needed:
3 cups Crushed Ice
½ cup Pineapple
8 oz. Plain yogurt
½ cup orange juice
1 cup orange sherbet
Directions:
In blender, add ice, pineapple, yogurt, orange juice and sherbet. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes or until well blended. Serve in favorite glass. Enjoy the flavors.
