Low Fat Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Crushed Ice
  • ½ cup Pineapple
  • 8 oz. Plain yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup orange sherbet

  • Directions:
    In blender, add ice, pineapple, yogurt, orange juice and sherbet. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes or until well blended. Serve in favorite glass. Enjoy the flavors.
