11/23/2006 - Turkey Gravy

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups stock
  • water as needed
  • Directions:
    Melt butter. Add flour. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes stirring often. Stir in cold liquids and simmer 10 minutes. Add water as needed to make a medium sauce.
