Directions:
Pre heat skillet to a medium heat.
Add butter and oil. . Dredge chicken through seasoned flour. . Sauté until golden brown on each side for approximately 2 minutes on each side. . To make sauce: Heat heavy cream until simmer. . Add slurry mixture until medium sauce; add cheese, pimentos, broccoli, and season with salt, and pepper. . Place chicken on a bed of your favorite rice and top with this nice robust creamy sauce. . Enjoy! |
