Directions:
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 butter and oil.
Blend flour and seasoning together. Dredge tomatoes through flour and brown on each side approximately 2 minutes or until browned on each side. Use remainder of oil and butter as needed to finish tomatoes. |
