9/2/04 Sausage Footballs

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb sausage (hot or mild)
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups of Bisquick
  • Directions:
    1. Cook and drain the sausage then cool.



    2. Mix cheese, Bisquick and sausage.



    3. Add a little milk (about 1/3 cup)



    4. Form in to football shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet.



    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Decorate with mustard, ketchup or mayo by drawing laces on footballs.
