Daybreak 9/17/09: Chef Yancy Roush's Bananas Foster
Ingredients Needed:
1 sliced banana

1 Tbsp. butter

3 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 cup orange juice

Vanilla ice cream

Aluminum foil (if using a grill)
Directions:
Heat butter, brown sugar and apple juice in saucepan or on grill in foil pouch.

Spoon ice cream into bowls and top with sliced bananas and sauce.
