If we spent the time and resources that we spend on "say no campaigns" on actual education, then children would be smart enough to make good decisions with every aspect of their lives. Like Judy said, "cute" but not necessarily effective.

This is "cute" but is it really a learning tool? I have seen ideas before to stop kids from smoking, doing drugs and no sex and most are just plain dumb. I have talked to kids who have made fun at some of these silly attempts. How about just talking to the kids? They are smarter then you think and will listen.
