(AP) _ Former Parkersburg (West Virginia) High standout Nick Swisher and two Chicago White Sox teammates dyed their facial hair hot pink to raise awareness for breast cancer and pay tribute to Mother's Day.

Swisher, pitcher John Danks and backup catcher Toby Hall also made a donation on behalf of their teammates yesterday.

Swisher says the players will keep the pink dye in place through at least Sunday -- maybe longer if they play well.
