The South Patriots baseball team was able to extend its season with a 10-8 win over Ripley. The game resumed today after rainshowers suspended last night's contest in the 6th inning. Drew Shaffer finished the game off for the save, while Daniel Palmer earned the win. Dustin Baker went 3 for 4 with an RBI; Tim Perkins drove 3 runs in and went 2 for 3.

The 19-14 Patriots now advance to regionals to take on #1-seeded Nitro. They'll play Tuesday May 20th at 6:00.
