(AP) - Over the last three straight weeks, West Virginia's Pat White twice tweaked a thumb and got hit in the head hard enough to knock him out of a game.
He'll be ready Saturday, and Syracuse knows all too well that even a banged-up White is dangerous.
White danced around the Orange in blowout wins the last two years.
Last Saturday White was gang tackled in the third quarter against Rutgers. He watched from the sidelines the rest of the game and says he now remembers little about it. Coach Bill Stewart said White didn't suffer a concussion but wasn't allowed to return to the field.
White will be back on Saturday and will be looking to go 4-0 against Syracuse. Kickoff is set for noon in Morgantown.
