Flights from Parkersburg to the Washington, D.C. area will continue for the next 2 years.
The federal government has re-selected Colgan Air to provide service out of the Mid-Ohio Valley regional airport.
The airport authority had recommended that decision to the Department of Transportation.
The new contract will be good through July of 2010.
Service will be 12 to 18 weekly round trip flights from Parkersburg to Washington Dulles airport.
Colgan will be paid more than $2 million a year for its service.
