A Wood County Grand Jury handed down 41 indictments on Tuesday among them, a man accused of attacking a teenager on her way to school.

37-year-old Michael Barnhart was indicted on three different charges abduction, attempted sexual assault and attempted sexual abuse. Police say he attacked a 16-year old girl while she was walking to Parkersburg High School in March.

Matthew Hubley was indicted on three counts of sexual abuse and five counts of sexual assault. Wood County Sheriff's Officials arrested 18-year-old Matthew Hubley in April, for an incident at a Wood county residence involving a 15-year-old girl. His bond has been revoked, and he is behind bars.

Former Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted, Randall Beatty, was indicted on two counts of domestic battery, third offense, malicious assault, and attempted murder. On June 6th, police say Beatty choked and kicked his girlfriend at a Grandview Street apartment. After being featured on the Mid Ohio Valley's Most Wanted segment, he turned himself in to authorities.

Michael and Suzanne Fox were each indicted on separate charges of intentional abuse or neglect of an elder person and voluntary manslaughter. Officials say 74-year-old Robert Buck was found dead in the Fox home on Society Hill Road in December of 2008. They were scheduled to go to trial in December.
