Parkersburg Fire Department Bomb Dog Dies
Members of the Parkersburg Fire Department are mourning the passing of Jack, the department's bomb dog.

Members of the Parkersburg Fire Department are mourning the passing of Jack, the department's bomb dog.

Jack was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and forced to retire from service.

Fire Chief Eric Taylor says funeral arrangements are pending. He suspects Jack will be given fire department honors, just as any other member of the department.'

Jack was five years old.
