Our honoree is David Byler from Parkersburg High School.

David is President of the National Honor Society, maintains a 4.16 GPA, and ranks first in his senior class.

As co-captain of the swimteam, David specializes in the Butterfly, Backstroke, and the 200 and 400 Freestyle Relay Teams which currently hold the state records.
