Our honoree is Precious Ramsey from PHS.

Precious is the student body President and is also a member of the volleyball, basketball and track teams. She is one of the captains for the basketball team.

Precious has been involved in student council in all 4 years of high school and is the Secretary of the West Virginia Association for Student Council.
