This seven-year-old loves to smile and laugh! She likes living in the country, reading, and her favorite class is recess.

Someday she hopes to share her interests with a baby brother and sister as part of a forever family.

I met Pebbles at the Jackson County Public Library.
When I arrived this modest seven-year-old was already playing teacher!

Pebbles read "this morning she and her family were going to pick out their Christmas tree."

This is something Pebbles would like to do some day.

"I would pick out a big one and I would help my mom. I would help her make a gingerbread man and make a whole little top and put something to hang it up on the Christmas tree and after Christmas we take it down and eat it" said Pebbles.

Even though Pebbles is in second grade she has been through a lot.

She has had to move around to different foster homes and really wants a family who will always be there for her.

"Go out to eat, to the beach, and play in the sand but I'm not going to get low because that salty water gets in my mouth and it's nasty" said Pebbles.

She is a happy go lucky girl who isn't picky about food.
"I like all chocolate!"
She isn't picky about TV shows or any nicknames.
"Pebs, Pebbly Poo, or Peb. Any kind of name!"

She knows what she wants out of life "to be a chef."

Searching for a family she can always count on and a place she can always call home.
