Meet Alysa...
"Attitude is everything," that's Alysa's favorite phrase.
And boy does this thirteen-year-old girl have a spunky attitude.
"I'm hilarious, I love attention, and i loveeeee to shop. If you give me twenty bucks, it will be gone in two seconds," Alysa said giggling.
Alysa came to our studios and got to check out the weather center and with the help of Alan Longstreet, give the forecast a shot!
"Hey....it left. I was poking the L,"she said when locating the Highs and Lows on the weather screen.
The low front's moved through quickly, but then she got to see Brittany Sweeney anchor the newscast and even got the chance to sit at the anchor desk!
"One accomplishment that I've always tried to make...and that's to be on T.V." she said excitedly.
After her moment in the spotlight, we then headed to Ultimately You salon for a day of pampering.
"Awesome....I feel like a superstar," she said.
First, she headed over to Lori's station where Alysa got a pink and white crackle manicure.
"Ohh I really like those. Those are pretty."
Next was Kim's station for a quick cut and style.
"Nice neat...shinny. Don't that feel good?," Kim asked Alysa.
Alysa also wanted a feather in her hair, which Tivoli was more than happy to put in.
"I love it...thank you...that's awesome! Thank you," she said to the ladies of Ultimately You.
But something else that Alysa wants, "I want my mom to be active in sports and walking, and I wanna be active in helping others, like kids in Africa and children in the hospital, and walk for cancer."
She also wants baby brothers and sisters and maybe a few of these, too.
"Boxers and Chihuahua and Dalmatians and poodles."
Alysa also loves taking pictures, "I hang them up in my room. I have like thousands and thousands of pictures hung up on my wall. I have posters that I've drew and colored and I have posters that little kids have made me and I have two picture albums full of pictures."
Something to add to that collection, a picture perfect family for Alysa.
