Angela Hatcher began her tenure at WTAP-TV as a weekend news anchor and weekday reporter. Before coming to Parkersburg, the Lynchburg College graduate was a producer in Roanoke, Virginia, for WFXR-TV and WSLS-TV. During her stay in the Mid-Ohio Valley, Angela reported extensively on the capture, rescue and return of Wirt County native and former Prisoner of War Jessica Lynch.

Angela stayed with us for two years before returning to WSLS-TV as a news reporter and fill-in news anchor.
