MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - The follow people were named in criminal indictments returned Wednesday by a grand jury in Washington County:

- Shawn E. Covey – harassment with a bodily substance, a felony; and criminal damaging or endangering, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors

- Nathan Gerald Strausbaugh – failure to appear as required by recognizance, a felony

- Jesse R. Shafer - failure to appear as required by recognizance, a felony

- Jeremy F. Harris - failure to appear as required by recognizance, a felony

- William J. Saylor - failure to appear as required by recognizance, a felony

- Tina M. Curry - failure to appear as required by recognizance, a felony

- Eric T. Kendall - failure to appear as required by recognizance, a felony

- Zachary R. Ferguson – corrupting another with drugs and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, both felonies

- Ashley N. Mayle – six counts corrupting another with drugs and tampering with evidence, all felonies

- Brennan H. Holshu – corrupting another with drugs, a felony

- Michael R. Martin – grand theft of a motor vehicle, a felony

- Javon L. Wilson – aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, both felonies

- Barry M. Wolfe – disrupting public services, a felony; and domestic violence, a misdemeanor

- James D. Rhodes – domestic violence, a felony

- Myles Lealand Merew – disrupting public services, a felony; and domestic violence and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors

- Chadwick D. Lamp - theft from a person in a protected class, a felony

- Crystal Dawn Burke – eight counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, rape, all felonies

Arraignments for those scheduled to appear before Common Pleas Judge Mark Kerenyi will start at 9 a.m. May 6, while arraignments before Judge John Halliday will start at 11 a.m. May 7.
