16 indicted by Washington County grand jury

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - A Washington County grand jury on Wednesday returned indictments charging 16 people with a variety of felony and misdemeanor crimes.

Following is a list of those indicted and the charges they are facing.

- Elizabeth S. Langsdorf – possession of drugs (Carisprodol)

- Gina M. Karcher – possession of drugs (morphine)

- Jamie M. Pierce – two counts possession of drugs (methamphetamine and cocaine)

- Michael Von Richards – illegal conveyance or drugs onto grounds of a detention facility or institution; conspiracy to trafficking in drugs

- Roger Knapp - illegal conveyance or drugs onto grounds of a detention facility or institution; conspiracy to trafficking in drugs

- Ashley McPherson - illegal conveyance or drugs onto grounds of a detention facility or institution; conspiracy to trafficking in drugs

- Christopher A. Sciance – Vandalism

- Ryan S. Watson – failure to comply with order or signal of police officer; menacing

- Timothy D. Henson – grand theft

- James D. Goldsberry III – theft from an elderly person; failing to provide for a functionally impaired person

- Deborah L. Goldsberry – theft from an elderly person; failing to provide for a functionally impaired person

- Devin Lindsey – rape

- Christina Rohrer – operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs; possession of drugs; tampering with drugs; failure to reinstate license; assured clear distance; driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction

- Stephen “Matt” Snider – six counts gross sexual imposition

- Kenneth Rogers – domestic violence

- Zachary R. Hinton – unlawful sexual conduct with a minor
