31 indicted by the Washington County grand jury

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - A Washington County grand jury returned indictments Thursday against more than two dozen people on a variety of misdemeanor and felony charges.

The names of those indicted and the charges they face are listed below:

Michelle M. Frame – theft, two counts

Devan W. Anderson – receiving stolen property

Eric C. Anderson – receiving stolen property

Ryan S. Watson – assault of a police officer; violating a temporary protection order; obstructing official business; and resisting arrest

Darin M. Craig – aggravated trafficking in drugs, two counts

Justin L. Rexroad – burglary; and theft

Audrey J. Rexroad - burglary; and theft

Aaron D. Schultz - burglary; and theft

Jesse S. Brooks – theft from a person in a protected class

John Phillips – aggravated possession of drugs

Vickie M. Thompson – theft of a motor vehicle; petty theft; misuse of credit cards; receiving stolen property, two counts; and aggravated possession of drugs

Christopher R. Ledger – failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer

Joy J. Williams – theft

Fredrick L. Yoho Jr. – aggravated trafficking in drugs; and aggravated possession of drugs

Edward T. Smith – theft

Eric L. Harmon Jr. – possession of drugs (methamphetamine); complicity; and abduction

William D. Bowman – possession of drugs (oxycodone)

Andy R. Lance – possession of drugs

Leisa M. Townsend – possession of drugs (fentanyl)

Bryan R. Cowger – tampering with evidence

Joseph A. Hescht – possession of drugs (methamphetamine)

Jeffrey R. French – grant theft; and aggravated possession of drugs

Mark M. Smith; forgery; aggravated trafficking in drugs; and aggravated possession of drugs

Michael W. Wilson – forgery; and tampering with evidence

Matthew S. Peoples – aggravated possession of drugs; and possessing drug-abuse instruments

Jonathan L. Hearn – felonious assault, two counts; endangering children; and attempted murder, two counts

Thomas Bailey – felonious assault; and failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer

Darin Craig – trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; and possession of a fentanyl-related compound

Tyrone Fry – rape, aggravated menacing, five counts; domestic violence, two counts; weapons under disability; and endangering children

William Bartges – domestic violence, two counts

Twila J. Martin – operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, two counts; and signal lights
