UPDATE: Power restored for Appalachian Power customers in Jackson County

Appalachian Power says, as of 3:30 P.M. Wednesday, all but 5 customers in Jackson County, W.Va. have their power fully restored.

Appalachian Power says all customers in Jackson County, W.Va. should have their electricity working by 3:00 P.M. Wednesday.
According to Appalachian Power, the outage began at 10:10 A.M. Wednesday, initially leaving more than 3,000 customers without power.
As of 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, just 502 customers were still without power in Jackson County.
