WVUP hosting talent competition

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - The student activities organization at WVU Parkersburg is holding a college talent show.

It consists of a preliminary rounds and then the grand finale.

"There’s three rounds. The next round is going to be on Thursday February 27 here at 12:15," said Miranda Reed, one of the judges for
WVUP's Got Talent. "Then, at the conclusion of that, the Friday after, being the 28th we are going to have a final round open to the community."

After each round, two contestants move on to the finals.

One contestant is picked by the judges, while the other is picked by the people.

The competition is being held on the cafeteria stage at WVU Parkersburg.
