BELPRE OH, (WTAP)- With over a dozen ribbon cuttings in the last year, Belpre is looking forward to bringing new business and new opportunities to their residents.
Mayor Mike Lorentz notes that the addition of new assets to the city including everything from restaurants to medical facilities shows the personality of the city and its ability to adapt.
“We’ve been blessed that people that have landed here, I think, want to be here. And they’ve taken part in the community. They now sit on boards, either for the Chamber of Commerce, or part of the city, one of the commissions that I help chair, and you can’t have a better partner than someone that’s going to come in, bring business to you, and then help you with maintaining a good quality of life for everybody,” explains Mike Lorentz, the Mayor of Belpre.
The mayor went on to say that the improved accessibility to consumer and medical services is one of the ways the city is constantly working to provide an even better standard of living for their residents.
