Grand jury indicts 17 in Washington County

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - A Washington County grand jury returns criminal indictments against 17 people on Wednesday.

Those indicted and the charges they face include:

- Phillip D. West Jr. – abusing harmful intoxicants

- Robert H. Bailey – failure to comply with order or signal of police officer

- James O’Brien II – domestic violence

- James O’Brien II - two counts of domestic violence

- Andrew J. Strock – operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; endangering children

- Sarah L. Moreno – improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle

- Brandon C. Solomon - improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle; having weapons while under disability

- Mark E. Macaulay – aggravated possession of drugs; possession of drug abuse instruments

- Mark E. Macauley – aggravated possession of drugs; possession of heroin

- Ricky L. Ridenour – trafficking fentanyl-related compound/major drug offender; possession of fentanyl-related compound/major drug offender

- Amanda Leigh Grover - trafficking fentanyl-related compound/major drug offender; possession of fentanyl-related compound/major drug offender; permitting drug abuse

- Jeremy R. Davis – failure to appear

- Corrie A. Herman – two counts of receiving stolen property; two counts of carrying concealed weapon

- Chequila M. Haislep – carrying concealed weapon

- Edward J. Haynes – robbery

- Michael Estee – robbery

- Robert J. Wells – two counts of breaking and entering, three counts of theft; two counts of forgery; receiving stolen property; tampering with evidence

- Louis Bautista – Theft, two counts of forgery, complicity in theft, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs, possession of criminal tools, having weapons while under disability; falsification in theft offense

- Timothy D. Ramey – trafficking in fentanyl-related compounds; corrupting another with drugs
