Grand jury indicts 23 in Washington County

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) A grand jury in Washington County returned indictments Wednesday against 23 people charging them with a variety of felony and misdemeanor crimes.

Following is a list of the people indicted and the charges they face.

- Kenneth E. Shinn – possession of drugs; and drug paraphernalia

- Tyler W. Kiggans – possession of drugs

- Aaron J. Huseman – domestic violence

- Jason J. Haught – Aggravated possession of drugs; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- McKenzie A. Cowman – domestic violence

- Jerry Corbin – Vandalism; possession of criminal tools; tampering with evidence; theft; and tampering with coin machines

- Robert E. Huffman II – possession of drugs

- Joshua L. Ballard – possession of deadly weapons while under detention; possession of criminal tools; and criminal damaging

- Joshua M. Whitstine – tampering with evidence; aggravated possession of drugs; and possession of heroin

- Elmer C. Wenzel – Trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present

- Jimmie L. Miller Jr. – felonious assault; and endangering children, two counts

- John A. Givens – domestic violence, three counts

- Kendrick L. McClain – having weapons while under disability; and illegal cultivation of marijuana

- Dana P. Persinger – trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine), two counts; possession of drugs (meth), two counts; improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle; receiving stolen property; and drug paraphernalia offense, two counts

- Leslie A. Townsend – possession of drugs

- Charity H. Whitecraft – aggravated possession of drugs

- Alison B. Hinson – possession of drugs; drug paraphernalia offense, two counts; possession of drugs (meth), two counts; possession of drugs (oxycodone); possession of drugs (clonazepam); and tampering with drugs

- Frederick L. Schwaben – possession of drugs (meth); and drug paraphernalia offense

- Brent A. Lincicome – possession of drugs (meth) and drug paraphernalia offense

- Holli R. Parsons – possession of drugs (meth); drug paraphernalia offense; and possession of drugs (fentanyl)

- Stanley E. Bowers – possession of drugs (meth)

- Tiffany R. Radabaugh – possession of drugs (meth)

- Chad A. Burdette – kidnapping, two counts; abduction, two counts; having weapons while under disability, two counts; and domestic violence, two counts
