Kanawha County man wanted in Mason County for allegedly writing bad checks

MASON COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The Mason County Sheriff's Office has issued an arrest warrant for a Kanawha County resident who allegedly wrote bad checks.

Deputies say Rusty Jon Martin, 39, of Cross Lanes, W.Va., is wanted on an active Capias warrant and a newly issued warrant for Uttering a Forged Instrument, a legal term for writing bad checks.

Martin is about 5"6 and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
