The West Virginia Division of Highways has announced that Wood County Route 38, Lost Pavement Rd., will experience substantial delays on September 27, due to a culvert replacement.
The work will begin 0.9 miles southwest of Gihon Rd., at milepost 7.67. Crews will be working between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Two-way traffic will be maintained, but substantial delays are expected. Inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may change the work schedule.
