Man accused of selling meth from mother's apartment

DODDRIDGE COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) - A Doddridge County man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly selling methamphetamine out of his mother's apartment.

According to a criminal complaint in Doddridge County Magistrate Court, police received information about John Summers, 27, selling drugs out of his mother's apartment. He denied the accusation to authorities.

According to authorities, officers found two grams of crystal meth along with other drugs after getting his mother's permission to search his room.

Summers has been charged with possession with intent to deliver.

He remains in the North Central Regional Jail.
