PARKERSBURG, W.VA. (WTAP) - A man from Roane County was arrested Monday on sexual assault charges involving a young girl, court records show.
Joshua Justice faces three counts of first-degree sexual assault, according to criminal complaints from Wood County. He's a 21-year-old from the Looneyville area in Roane County.
Investigators say the girl was 8 to 9 years old when the abuse happened. The victim had been raped more than once dating back to 2016, according to the complaint.
Justice was arrested in Parkersburg by US Marshals and CUFFED Task Force officers.
He was arraigned in Wood County. His bond was set at $300,000.
