A man arrested after police raided a Vienna apartment in February was sentenced to one to five years in prison in Wood County Circuit Court on Monday.
William Harvey, 43, was sentenced for his guilty plea to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Vienna Police and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force arrested Harvey after finding methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia in his apartment on 18th Street.

A man is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to drug charges in Wood County Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.
William Harvey, 42, is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 7 for his guilty pleas to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Vienna police and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force arrested Harvey in February after executing a warrant at an apartment on 18th street in Vienna. Authorities said they found methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia inside the apartment.
Harvey remains in the North Central Regional Jail.
Vienna Police and the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant at 1016 18th Street Apartment #1 in Vienna Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.
They arrested William Harvey on drug charges related to methamphetamine. Authorities allegedly found digital scales and packaging commonly used to make drug deals. Harvey is waiting to be arraigned.
If he's found guilty, he could possibly face 1-5 years in prison. Two women inside the apartment were not charged.
The Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force is made up of officers from the Vienna Police Department, Parkersburg Police Department, the Wood County Sheriffs Office, the Williamstown Police Department and the West Virginia State Police.
