MARIETA, Ohio (WTAP) - A man is sentenced Thursday in Marietta for burglary and other charges.
The Washington County Prosecuting Attorney's Office says he stole $16,000 worth of property from a house.
Chad Williams also stole a gun from the home. He then used that in another crime, which is how he got caught.
He had also been charged with violating a protective order. That charge was dropped because he agreed to plead guilty in this other case.
Judge Mark Kerenyi sentenced him to four years in prison.
