Pair arrested in West Virginia for deadly shooting in Athens

Two people are in custody after a man was shot to death in Athens early Sunday.

Police say Dylan Secoy, 26, and Rachael Povosky,18, were arrested in Raleigh County, W.Va. Sunday afternoon.

Secoy is charged with murder, while Povosky will be charged for complicity to murder in the death of Floyd Victor Hart, 37, of Athens.

Police say Hart was found shot in the 100 block of W. Washington Street just after 5 a.m. He died at the hospital.

The two will be in custody in West Virginia and brought to Athens County at a later date.
