PARKERSBURG W.Va. (WTAP) - Meet WTAP's Pet of the Week, Penelope!
Penelope has had a rough life prior to entering the Parkersburg Humane Society. She has had several tumors removed from her, including one on her back leg that was the size of a tennis ball.
Through donations for surgeries, she has been able to recover well. She is very playful and loving, and would make a wonderful pet.
She is good with other dogs, but it's recommended to not put her with other hyper dogs.
