RAVENSWOOD, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The city of Ravenswood headquarters could soon have a new address.

Mayor Josh Miller said the local development authority is working on a 10-year lease-purchase agreement for the old BB&T bank branch building. According to Miller, the city will pay $500,000.

The city plans to house all city departments in the building.

City Council still has to approve the deal, which Miller said will include leasing the third floor to help generate revenue.
