WOOD COUNTY, W.Va. (WTAP) - There will be rolling roadblocks on Interstate 77 Sunday morning as workers install a communication line near the Emerson Avenue interchange.

According to the West Virginia Division of Highways, Frontier Communications will be installing the line between milepost 179.4 and 179.6 between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Flagging personnel will be located at the top of the Emerson Avenue southbound ramp, the DOH said.

West Virginia State Police will perform the rolling roadblock in both directions on I-77 to allow for the safe placement of the communication line over the highway.

Traffic on the Emerson Avenue southbound ramp will be held during the operation, the DOH said.
