Mon Power says electricity has been restored to all customers in Parkersburg, after two planned outages for maintenance affected 120 customers on Thursday afternoon.
Several buildings and traffic lights in downtown Parkersburg were out of electricity for a few hours on Thursday, as Mon Power crews performed planned maintenance on the power system in the area.

First Energy's Mon Power crews are repairing two power outages affecting a total of 120 customers in downtown Parkersburg on Thursday afternoon.
Mon Power's outage website says power should be restored to all of Parkersburg by 3:30 p.m. Thursday.
