UPDATE: Route 2 near St. Marys re-opened after vehicle fire

ST. MARYS, W.Va. (WTAP) - UPDATE: 02/21/20 4:15 P.M.

A section of Route 2 near St. Marys has been re-opened after a vehicle fire Friday afternoon.

The fire happened shortly after 2 p.m., and a Pleasants County 911 dispatcher said crews had cleared the scene by about 2:45.\

No one was injured in the fire.

A vehicle fire has shut down West Virginia Route 2 near St. Marys.

Local police and fire officials have been on the scene for around 15 minutes.

No one was injured in the vehicle that caught fire.
