UPDATE: Boil advisory in Lowell lifted

LOWELL, Ohio (WTAP) - UPDATE: 02/19/2020

According to an email from Lowell Water and Sewer, the boil advisory placed for the village of Lowell has been lifted.

It was announced around 2:25 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Village of Lowell has implemented a boil-water advisory for all residents until further notice because of a water-main break.

Once the repairs are completed, a spokesman for the village said water samples will be collected and sent for testing to determine when the water is safe.
