W.Va. DOH to begin fixing slip in Route 47 in Ritchie County

RITCHIE COUNTY, W.Va. (WTAP) - The West Virginia Division of Highways is scheduled to begin a slip-repair project on State Route 47, also known as Staunton Turnpike, on Monday, March 18.

The work will begin approximately two miles east of the intersection of Route 47 and Ritchie County Route 21, Dutchman Road, and two miles west of the intersection of Route 47 and Ritchie County Route 47/7, Indian Creek Road.

Crews will be working between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and there will be portable traffic signal in use. The estimated completion date is June 14.
