MARIETTA OH (WTAP)- , Family, friends, and colleges of Judge Randall G. Burnworth gathered at the Washington County Court House Friday morning to celebrate the retirement of the long tenured judge.
Burnworth graduated from Marietta High School in 1969 and attended Yale University for his undergraduate degree. He then attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law for his Doctorate.
He served as the Assistant Attorney General in from 1976 to 1980 before working in a private practice.
He worked in the Washington County Court of Common Pleas beginning in 2008.
