Washington County grand jury indicts 20 during May term

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - The Washington County prosecuting attorney's office has released a list 20 criminal indictments returned by the May term of the grand jury.

Those indicted are:

- Sherman L. Larrimore II, failure to appear
- Hannah A. Davis, failure to appear
- David E. Powers, grand theft of a firearm; receiving stolen property
- David West, aggravated possession of drugs; aggravated trafficking in drugs; carrying a concealed weapon; and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle
- David E. Durbin, aggravated possession of drugs
- James J. Lowers, three counts aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; tampering with evidence; and obstructing official business
- Samantha J. Burns, illegal cultivation of marijuana; and two counts permitting drug abuse
- Stephen A. Andrew, aggravated trafficking in drugs
- Derek L. Ryan, domestic violence
- John A. Givens, obstructing official business
- Chrystal N. Glessner, aka Chrystal N. Dillon, theft of drugs; and tampering with evidence
- Joseph L. Slider, failure to register
- Daniel Francis, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of cocaine; possession of LSD; and trafficking in LSD
- Ethan Duvall, aggravated vehicular assault; and failure to stop after an accident
- Trent D. Mason, two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; trafficking in a Fentanyl-related compound; and receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture proceedings
- Alexander Tokar, two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs / major drug offender; and operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Levi S. Jarvis, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; carrying concealed weapon; aggravated possession of drugs; and failure to stop after an accident
- Jeremy M. Phipps, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present; domestic violence; and vandalism
- Jerran K. Knowlton, domestic violence; and disrupting public service
- Ryan Starkey, two counts attempted murder; four counts felonious assault; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle; domestic violence; and unlawful restraint
