Washington County grand jury returns 35 indictments

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - Thirty-five people are facing felony and misdemeanor charges in indictments returned by a Washington County grand jury on Thursday.

Those indicted and the charges they face are:

- Devin L. Lindsey – unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, two counts; attempted failure to register; and pandering obscenity involving a minor, four counts

- Keisha Jo Mass – complicity to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; endangering children; complicity to failure to register; and complicity to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor

- Jennifer R. Waybright – possession of drugs (methamphetamine); drug paraphernalia; and drug abuse instruments

- Anthony L. Duerson – failure to appear

- Brandon L. Jennings – failure to appear

- David M. Moore – unlawful sexual conduct with a minor

- Jordan L. Doak - possession of drugs (methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia

- Jared M. Adkins – possession of drugs (heroin); possession of drugs (methamphetamine); and obstructing official business

- Amanda R. Wilson – forgery

- Christopher A. Sciance – illegal conveyance of drugs into grounds of detention facility or institution; and aggravated possession of drugs

- Shaun M. Bronson – aggravated menacing

- Anthony J. Spurgeon – endangering children, two counts

- Corey Butler Adams – theft

- Karissa Heddleston – possession of fentanyl-related compound; and possession of drug abuse instruments

- Ronald Husk – aggravated possession of drugs

- Rex A. Tipton – possession of drugs (heroin); and possession of drugs (methamphetamine)

- Damien A. Brown – improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle

- Todd A. Sarver – aggravated possession of drugs, two counts

- Mary C. Schisler – tampering with drugs; and illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto grounds of specified governmental facility

- Jesse B. Holmes – Having weapons while under disability; and using weapons while intoxicated

- Jimmy J. Vandal – breaking and entering; and grand theft of a motor vehicle

-Chase Cowen – trafficking in drugs (cocaine); trafficking in drugs (solids); trafficking in drugs (marijuana), three counts; trafficking in drugs (hashish); trafficking in drugs (oxycodone); possession of drugs (cocaine); possession of drugs (hashish solid); possession of drugs (hashish); possession of drugs (oxycodone); possession of drugs (alprazolam); possession of drugs (clonazepam); possession of drugs (lisdexamphetamine); possession of criminal proceeds; cultivation of marijuana; and having weapons while under disability

- Morgan H. Hale – felonious assault; aggravated assault; and domestic violence

- James D. Goldsberry III – theft from an elderly person; and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person

- Deborah L. Goldsberry III – theft from an elderly person; and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person

- Bernard C. Lemley III – theft from an elderly person

- Albert L. Williams – theft from an elderly person; and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person

- Denise L. Williams – failing to provide for a functionally impaired person

- Shelby J. Scott – possession of heroin; and complicity to permitting drug abuse

- Justin A. Tucker – possession of heroin; and complicity to permitting drug abuse

- Thomas W. Dearth – aggravated possession of fentanyl-related compound; and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound

- Terry M. Gibson Jr. – aggravated possession of drugs, two counts; and permitting drug abuse

- Brandon L. Loy – aggravated possession of drugs; and illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of detention facility or institution

- Miranda J. Duty – prohibitions concerning companion animals, four counts
