Washington County grand jury returns June indictments

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - Forty people face a variety of felony charges following indictments returned Monday by the June term of the Washington County grand jury.

The accused and the charges they face are:

- Joseph Antill, failure to appear

- Marcus A. Brown, failure to appear

- Melissa J. Landis, attempted murder; felonious assault

- Daniel Francis, engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity; two counts aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of cocaine; possession of LSD; and trafficking in LSD

- Jason Haught, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle

- Jeffrey D. Smith, aggravated possession of drugs

- Emma Muir, tampering with evidence; illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution; and possession of cocaine

- Rhonda Tyree Martin, tampering with evidence; illegal conveyance of drugs onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution; possession of heroin; and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

- Skylar M. Paul, two counts assisted suicide

- Jennifer D. Science-Westmoreland, aggravated trafficking in drugs; trafficking in heroin; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of heroin; tampering with evidence; and two counts having weapons under disability

- Joshua Poole, two counts having weapons under disability

- James M. Fox Jr., aggravated trafficking in drugs; two counts aggravated possession of drugs; and possession of heroin

- Jennifer D. Science-Westmoreland, possession of heroin

- David A. Midcap, four counts aggravated vehicular assault; assault on a peace officer; and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated

- Quinton Hart, assault on a peace officer

- Jessica R. English, aggravated possession of drugs; and tampering with evidence

- Leroy J. Clark, aggravated possession of drugs

- Jeffrey C. Beaver, two counts gross sexual imposition

- Caitlyn Ruble, burglary; theft, tampering with evidence; and receiving stolen property

- Keon Hunter, burglary; theft, tampering with evidence; and receiving stolen property

- John E. Barry, theft; and obstructing official business

- Timothy Hoffman, theft

- Derek D. Oldfield, felonious assault; and intimidation

- Eric J. Bobb, two counts burglary; two counts theft; two counts grand theft; and theft of a motor vehicle

- David R.W. Dunkle, two counts burglary; two counts theft; two counts grand theft; and theft of a motor vehicle

- Timothy D. Ramey, attempted murder; three counts felonious assault; improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation; discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises; tampering with evidence; trafficking in heroin; possession of heroin; corrupting another with drugs; having weapons while under disability; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; and possession of criminal tools

- Meghan E. Dorsett, two counts grand theft of a firearm; and two counts of receiving stolen property

- Cory Hooper, burglary; theft of firearms; and tampering with evidence

- Devan D. Welsh, burglary; theft of firearms; and tampering with evidence

- Kenneth L. Barnhar, aggravated possession of drugs

- Glenn R. Johnson Jr., aggravated possession of drugs

- Allen Murphy, illegal cultivation of marijuana

- Michael T. Caldwell, possession of cocaine

- Allison Phillips, attempted trespass into habitation; and breaking and entering

- Marcus A. Brown, theft from a person in a protected class

- Jaclyn V. Caldwell, breaking and entering

- Joseph F. Wells Jr., corrupting another with drugs; grand theft of a motor vehicle; theft; and theft from a protected class

- Shannon D. Lasure, grand theft of a motor vehicle; and theft

- Marcus A. Turify, theft

- Joseph F. Wells Jr., aggravated possession of drugs

- Destiny F. Castleberry, aggravated trafficking in drugs; two counts aggravated possession of drugs; possessing criminal tools
